Refund Policy

At BrittanyMarie Studios, we take pride in creating thoughtful products and experiences. Because our offerings include both physical and digital items, our refund policy varies by product type.

Digital Products

Due to the immediate nature of digital delivery, all sales of digital products, including downloadable books, journals, coloring pages, guides, templates, meditations, and other digital content, are final.

Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not available once a digital purchase has been completed.

Physical Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photographs of the product and packaging to help resolve the issue.

If approved, we will provide a replacement, exchange, or refund at our discretion.

Returns

Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours.

Body Botanicals

For health, hygiene, and product safety reasons, opened or used body care products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.

Donations

Donations made to Breaking Cycles or BrittanyMarie Studios are considered voluntary contributions and are non-refundable.
